OM Interactive’s 1000th Mobii 2 sensory projector delivered to Lyle House Care Home.

OM Interactive is celebrating 4 years of engineering excellence by proudly announcing the 1000th Mobii 2 unit sold into the UK Care Sector. The 1000th Mobii interactive sensory projector system  was  delivered this month to the Lyle House Care Home in London, part of the Country Court group of residential care and nursing homes.

A landmark for OMi that reflects the company’s reputation across the UK Care and Special Needs Sector, for delivering award winning, tried, tested and proven interactive sensory technology.

Commenting on this landmark, Mishka Klotz, Managing Director of OM Interactive, said,

“This is an incredible milestone for OMi which reflects the hard work, passion, and dedication of all our team members; the development, innovation and continued improvements of our pioneering  interactive sensory technology represented by the Mobii 2, have proved incredibly popular in the Care Sector in the UK and internationally, and we are very proud to see this 1000th unit delivered to its new home at Lyle House Care Home.”

The Residents and staff of Lyle House were delighted to receive their new Mobii Interactive table projector, and after a brief introductory training session from OMi the activities co-ordinators were impressed with how the Mobii would allow them not only to engage groups of resident with sensory activities and games but also how the activities would allow them to more readily support the residents at different stages of dementia and their varying capabilities.

Paul Morris, Home Manager at Lyle House Care Home, said,

“Even on the first day, we can see the benefits of our new Mobii Interactive projector. It will bring much more variety to the activities we offer people here at Lyle House. I can also see it being popular with families when they visit too. People of all ages are drawn to it, and for those with loved ones who are living with dementia, it will be a great way to interact without having to find words.”
